We are taking this opportunity to reach out to businesses interested in sponsoring a novel horse show series in Northern Michigan. This series is different from others as it is targeted to upcoming riders, various riding styles, riders that want a show experience with less cost and pressure, and all ages that want to join with other horse lovers to grow together as equestrians. This series is dedicated to creating an experience that promotes fun, meeting friends and learning together.

The event venue is located at the Northern Michigan Fairgrounds in Traverse City, Michigan. Traverse City has a reputation for hosting and promoting equestrian events; this event is a complimentary stepping stone, or landing, for those looking to compete in an affordable learning environment. To keep this affordable, we are looking for businesses that support and understand the value of education, friendly competition, and the partnership between horse and rider.

As a start-up we have many expenses to cover to meet our commitment to riders and horses. Not only are we seeking insurance, physical items and other supplies, but we are seeking stakeholders interested in upholding the sport and science of the equestrian world as a place for learning and friendship. Your sponsorship can range from general show support, to varying levels that earn a significant place in our series.

Benefits: **The event is expected to be around 75 riders per day, plus their friends & family**

Levels of Sponsorship:

■ Blue Ribbon: $5,000-Full sponsorship of all four shows including the year end awards ceremony. This includes an informational flyer about your business/organization in the exhibitors welcome package, a space to hang a banner at the shows, a provided 10’x10’ outdoor space for your company/organization's marketing/sales, a feature on the TCSS website, sponsorship of all Champion/Reserve winners, as well as multiple other announcements made throughout each day of the shows!

■ Red Ribbon: $2,500-Partial sponsorship of all four shows. This includes an informational flyer about your business/organization in the exhibitors welcome package, a space to hang a banner at the shows, recognition on the TCSS website, and multiple sponsorship announcements throughout each day of the shows.

■ Yellow Ribbon: $1,000-Honorable sponsorship of all four shows. A space to hang a banner, recognition on the TCSS website and honorable mentions throughout each day of the shows.

■ White Ribbon: $500-Future Olympians Division sponsorship of a single show. This includes sponsorship of the Champion and Reserve winners of the division, a space to hang a banner and honorable mentions throughout the show weekend.

■ Pink Ribbon: $250-Standard sponsorship of all four shows. This includes an informational flyer about your company/organization included in the exhibitors welcome package, sponsorship announcements and recognition on the TCSS website.

■ Green Ribbon: $100-Leadline sponsorship of a single show. This includes honorable mentions throughout the show weekend and recognition on the TCSS website.

In addition to monetary support to keep entry costs down, we are seeking the following:

-Small reusable bags to fill with information about the show, our vendors, sponsors and concessions.

-10' wooden poles for jumps

-PVC poles for the Dressage arena

-Small reusable bags to fill with information about the show, our vendors, sponsors and concessions.

-10X10 tents (or larger)

-Folding Tables

-Volunteer/ Provided EMT Services

-Wireless communication system

-Printing Services

-Supplies for the Exhibitors/Sponsors parties held every Saturday evening of the shows
